“Email, is email still the king? Yes, absolutely. Email still rocks. It is a great way to get a tremendous amount of traffic in the shortest amount of time.
It is the fastest way for maximum offer penetration. It will also kill an offer really quickly because it has the shortest life span, but it’s a great way for you to get traction right away.
There are instant mass sales from emails driven by super affiliates. These guys can start, once they find a good offer, they will start dropping it to their lists that they have collected.
So, if the next question instantly is, “Well, how did they collect those lists. Where did these email lists come from? Are they spamming the crap out of people?” No.
Most of these guys operate above the letter of the law. They’re good people and they just want to be able to build a business.
So, what do they do? They go out and they’ll buy email records from companies that have clear disclosures about their privacy policies. The problem is that most customers don’t end up reading privacy policies and they don’t end up reading terms and conditions.
So, if a customer comes through and they are going to take your free training process, and in your terms and conditions you say, “Hey, look we are going to send you marketing offers from other folks or you’ve got it clearly displayed,” which I’ll show you how to clearly display it.
These other companies will start marketing to that list.
And they’ll send you other diet offers. So, let’s just say you go through a diet process because you want to take a, I’ve done a lot of diet advertising, as you can tell.
They come through and they put their information in to take a trial diet offer and there’s a little box says, you know, “We’ll also send you great information.
Great dieting tips and offers from marketing partners etcetera blab, blab, blab.” That person will end up often times mailing you other diet offers because they’ll make a tremendous amount of money.
And you’ll get a really quality user because you got someone who has come through and expressed an interest it dieting in the last six months or three months, or whatever the case maybe.
So, they’ve collected these lists from huge free trial campaigns or they’ve collected them from zip code submit offers or email submit offers for free iPods etcetera or they’ve done some really great data mining which we will again, explain later on.
The point is they’ve collected these massive lists for you to attract very niche customers in the masses.
So, if you said, you wanted just, you know, you have a senior citizens offer, there is a very high likelihood that you will get a lot of traffic, just sent to seniors and the senior offer will do very well for you.
They can also drive up the search volume. Email will start driving up search results because the customers will start getting your product on their radar.
So, they’ll start branding. They’ll start actually branding.
Neighbors are home. Okay, they’re playing bocce ball behind us too. I love summer don’t you guys love summer. We’re going to get going.
I don’t mind that they’re back there. I love bocce ball. If you haven’t played bocce ball, yeah it’s pretty cool.
Let’s keep going. Email Traffic is the highest liability delivery method, this is the problem. It’s the highest liability delivery method, which means that if these email affiliates break the rules, it trickles down.
You know, you have to have good contracts in place to make sure that you and your CPA Network are reviewing the affiliates on an ongoing basis. It’s not complicated.
Most companies find, including like companies Blockbuster that allow for even marketing that you end up making a lot more than a liability.
So, it’s something for you to decide for yourself, whether you want to do it or not.
Be sure the affiliates follow all laws and regulations, that’s a given.
You’ve got to have it in your contracts and you’ve got to watch your affiliates the best that you can, of course. And that’s why you pay the CPA Networks to do that for you.
Deliverability is shrinking but with the advancements of targeting it is still very effective. They are sending a lot less messages to customers and getting a lot better responses by using targeting and by using advancements in technology.
So, they don’t have to hit a million people up with the same marketing messes.
They can hit 10,000 people and get the same response rate as they use to get from mailing 100,000. So, advancements in technology are really helping this out quite a bit.“
